Mortgage foreclosure is the sale of your house by your lender when you do not make your loan or mortgage payments. This video explains what will happen once a foreclosure lawsuit is filed on your house. It describes the rules your lender must follow in filing a mortgage foreclosure lawsuit. It tells you what your rights are and steps you can take to try and save your home.
