This training session focuses on proof of damages under the Prison Litigation Reform Act. The session explains what an injury is under the Prison Litigation Reform Act and outlines the requirements of a physical injury in order to recover damages. The training also discusses how to look through records to determine if there is a physical injury, particularly where the attorney has limited discovery funds.
