Going to small claims court on your own can be very confusing and intimidating. This video is intended to help you better understand the steps and procedures involved in going to small claims court on your own. In addition, this video will familiarize you with the clerk's office, the court room and the different roles of the people you will encounter while representing yourself in small claims court.
