About the Video Series

Mortgage foreclosure is the sale of your house by your lender when you do not make your loan or mortgage payments. This video describes ways to avoid foreclosure. It includes options that may allow you to keep your house if you can work out an agreement with your lender. It also covers other options, such as bankruptcy or selling the house.
