Pro Bono Center for Disability and Elder Law to use the CaseKnowledge® Legal Information Delivery Platform

Chicago, IL - CaseKnowledge, Inc., a legal information delivery platform for lawyers and their clients, announced today that it will provide its platform to the Pro Bono Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) in Chicago. The Pro Bono Center will use CaseKnowledge to connect its virtual law firm network of over 900 attorneys and 200 paralegals in the Chicago area.

"We were introduced to the Pro Bono Center by a Fortune 1000 company General Counsel who uses the CaseKnowledge platform to collaborate and partner with her outside law firms, and who is an active supporter of the Center" said Taylor Smith, Vice President of Client Solutions for CaseKnowledge, Inc. "We are extremely pleased to offer CaseKnowledge to such a great organization that has provided high quality pro bono legal assistance to more than 40,000 seniors and people with disabilities throughout Chicago."

"The Pro Bono Center provides its services by deploying a "virtual law firm" of over 900 volunteer attorneys and 200 paralegals from many different firms and corporations in Chicago," explained Jann Dragovich-Stulberg, Executive Director of the Center. "CaseKnowledge is a particularly effective tool that will bring these diverse resources together so that the Pro Bono Center can continue to provide the most cost effective and efficient delivery of pro bono legal services in the industry."

"On any particular CDEL matter, attorneys and paralegals from multiple organizations are working together to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients," Dragovich-Stulberg said. "CaseKnowledge will allow our volunteers to share information, communicate, strategize, review documents, and collaborate in a single platform. This maximizes both our efficiency and effectiveness and allows us to offer our volunteers one of the most advanced case management and collaboration platforms available. Just as corporate counsel use CaseKnowledge to work more closely with its outside firms, CDEL lawyers will be using CaseKnowledge to work more closely and effectively with each other."
