In general, employers are not allowed to discriminate against you because of your disability. This includes hiring, firing, and many other employment decisions. But, you are not guaranteed a job because you have a disability.
There are many different laws at the federal, state, and local levels of employment discrimination. If you think you have been discriminated against because of your disability, you should talk to an attorney.
