Set up your account
Once you submit the account form, check your inbox for an e-mail from @IllinoisLegalAid.org. Follow the steps to set your password. After you set a password, you are an IllinoisLegalAid.org member. You will be able to rate content, register for events, post comments and more.
Staff at legal aid organizations: Please set up your account using your work e-mail. If your organization is already in our directory, you will have access to advocate tools.
Law students: Please register with your law school e-mail to access the internship application system.
Pro bono professionals: Approvals may take up to the next business day. Once you are approved, you will have access to pro bono tools.
Legal self-help center navigators and librarians: Approvals may take up to the next business day. Once you are approved, you will have the same access as pro bono professionals.
