Notice of Court Date for Motion Blank form
A Notice of Motion tells the other parties in your court case that you've asked the judge to do something in the case. It explains:
- The type of motion you have filed,
- When you are going to court,
- Where you are going to court, including the courtroom number, and
- Which judge will hear your motion.
Can I use this form?
You must have filed a motion with the court that you want the other party to know about.
What do I need first?
- The date and time of the court hearing when you will be seeing the judge,
- The court address and courtroom number where the judge is located. You can get this information from a Circuit Clerk, and
- The names and addresses of the other people in the case, or their attorney’s name and address.
