This is an attorney desk reference manual from Illinois Legal Aid Online. It covers all aspects of an administrative hearing
for a revoked or suspended licenses.A person that has lost driving privileges may be required to attend an administrative hearing before having privileges restored. Formal hearings are required when the suspension
or revocation involved a fatality or multiple DUI dispositions. An informal hearing is sufficient in all other cases including an initial DUI disposition .
