Can I use this program?
Use this program when you have a judgment for money and are trying to get information about the debtor's income and property.
These forms do not work if you are owed money on a judgment for child support or spousal maintenance.
What do I need first?
To complete this program, you will need to know the:
- Case number,
- Courthouse address if court hearing is in person,
- Circuit clerk phone, website, and remote hearing instructions if court hearing is remote,
- Name and address of the debtor,
- Date of judgment or the date it was renewed (revived),
- Amount of judgment, and
- Amount that remains unpaid.
