To use this program, you must:
- Be a party in a trial court case, and
- Want to appeal a judgment or order from that case.
Note: this program is for civil appeals in Illinois circuit courts. It does not work for criminal, juvenile, or federal court appeals.

- A copy of each order you want to appeal, and
- To know if other appeals are already filed in your case.
