Which protective order is right for me?
The three kinds of orders in Illinois that help protect people from abuse are:
- An Order of Protection, used in cases of domestic violence,
- A Civil No Contact Order, used in cases of sexual abuse or sexual assault, and
- A Stalking No Contact Order, used in cases of stalking.
