Are your nonprofit’s bylaws up to date with current Illinois law? 

Did you know that if your board makes a decision that is not in compliance with your bylaws, a court can set aside that decision?

Learn about best practices and tune up your bylaws with Lawyers for the Creative Arts. 

Join LCA and attorneys from Katten on July 11 from 11AM-2PM CT, including lunch, for an in-person bylaws clinic. Each organization will be paired with an attorney(s) from Katten to work through and amend their nonprofit’s bylaws and will walk away with an updated document and instructions on how to ratify their new bylaws.
