Expungement & Sealing Clinic with the Moran Center

Join attorneys from the Moran Center's record relief practice for an information session on expungement and sealing criminal records.

Our attorneys will be able to discuss the road to record relief for those looking to do so. Anyone seeking help clearing their record will be able to do an intake at the session. This event is tentatively one of two, where the second session (TBD) will focus on specific followup tailored to the individual. During the month between sessions, our staff will look up individual records to determine eligibility for expungement/sealing. Also, during that month, we will determine if any individual that wants assistance will need to take additional steps, i.e., get a drug test, get fingerprints taken, not eligible, etc. If we look up their record and they are ready to go, we'll have their paperwork done and provide a one-on-one consultation.
