Description
CVLS Attorneys Julie Pellerite and Rebekah Rashidfarokhi will present information useful to immigrant clients, including an overview of Know Your Rights and Guardianship Planning for Immigrant Families. This training is helpful for attorneys and others who works with the immigrant community in any context. Learn how immigrants and their families can advocate for themselves in emergency situations, prepare for possible detention by immigration, establish short-term care plans for their children, and understand their options and rights when interacting with law enforcement or the immigration system.
This seminar will be held remotely via Zoom, with CLE provided. Attendees will receive login instructions upon registration.
