Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois (LTF) is excited to offer a series of virtual lunchtime workshops and Small Group Facilitation sessions entitled “Supporting and Strengthening Team Cohesion in this New Normal” to bring together and better support our grantees. The challenges of a hybrid work workforce, remote court, burnout, and isolation in a shifting political environment have made team cohesion challenging. That’s why LTF has engaged the attorney development experts of Apochromatik to share what stands in the way of effective communication, causes confusion, and leads to misunderstandings or breakdown of trust and strategies that can be utilized to strengthen teams in 2025. 

Please note: this session is specifically designed for only Executive Directors and Legal Directors, in cases of legal programs within larger organizations)  LTF grantee organizations.
