Professional Development for Supervisors

As new supervisors transition from being peers to managers, they need different skills to unlock their team's potential. This training aims to help managers develop those skills through a mix of informative presentations and facilitated small group discussions. Over two days, key topics essential for managerial success will be covered, including individual and team dynamics, performance evaluation and feedback, time management, and more. These themes will be explored alongside real-world challenges that attendees are currently facing, with colleagues encountering similar obstacles and expert trainers from MIE.
