This 90-minute webinar is designed for executive leadership and board members of LTF grantee organizations. The session will focus on how leadership teams can advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and race equity (DEI/RE) goals while navigating today’s evolving legal, political, and funding environments.
Building on the work of the Community Justice Initiative and the Program on Organizational Health and Sustainability, this session will help leaders strengthen governance, manage organizational risk, and align strategic decision-making with their organizations’ missions and equity commitments.
