This webinar is designed for executive leadership and board members of legal aid organizations and will revisit key themes from the original webinar while providing updated guidance to help leadership teams navigate today’s evolving legal, political, and funding environments. 

Participants will explore how to strengthen governance, manage organizational risk, and align strategic decision-making with mission and equity commitments while maintaining credibility with funders, partners, and the communities they serve.

A trusted advisor in the legal aid community and frequent MIE trainer, she works with boards and executives to navigate risk, strengthen decision-making, and lead with equity and integrity in complex environments.
