This Easy Form helps you ask the court for a Civil No Contact Order (CNCO) to order someone abusing you to leave you alone. You can ask for a CNCO if you are a survivor of sexual assault or sexual abuse.

Can I use this program?
To use this program, you must be:
- The survivor of sexual assault or sexual abuse, or helping a survivor use the program, and
- Filing in the county where the abuse took place or where you or the perpetrator live.
What do I need first?
To complete this program, you will need to provide:
- Details about the abuse and when it took place,
- The perpetrator's name, and
- An address where you can receive court documents if you do not want the perpetrator to know the address where you are staying.
