This Easy Form helps you ask the court for a Civil No Contact Order (CNCO) to order someone abusing you to leave you alone. You can ask for a CNCO if you are a survivor of sexual assault or sexual abuse.

The Easy Form does not e-file your forms. You can download the forms and e-filing instructions at the end of the program.

Learn more about getting a Civil No Contact Order for sexual assault.

This program will help you make your court forms. It will ask questions for you to answer. At the end of the program, you will get completed court forms and instructions. You can save and print them, or the program can email them to you.

Form completion time: 10 minutes to 20 minutes

You will be able to save your work in the middle of the program.

The interview and forms are in English.

Can I use this program?

To use this program, you must be:

  • The survivor of sexual assault or sexual abuse, or helping a survivor use the program, and
  • Filing in the county where the abuse took place or where you or the perpetrator live.

What do I need first?

  • Details about the abuse and when it took place,
  • The perpetrator's name, and
  • An address where you can receive court documents if you do not want the perpetrator to know the address where you are staying.

What documents will this create?

This program prepares the following forms. The forms you get will depend on your answers.
