Stacey Tutt, Chairman
University of Illinois College of Law Civil Litigation Clinic
Stacey Tutt is the Clinical Professor and the Director of the Community Preservation Clinic at U of I's College of Law, her alma mater. She previously served as Managing Attorney for Prairie State Legal Services Inc.'s Bloomington office. Stacey has received both the Illinois Women's Bar Association Public Service Scholarship & the Rickert Award for Excellence in Public Service.
Paul Seeman, Vice Chairperson
Paul is the Chief Legal Officer for UI Labs, which solves large-scale challenges by bringing University + Industry together with startups and government to accelerate the deployment of emerging technologies through collaboration. Prior to joining UI Labs, Paul served as General Counsel for Rush Street Gaming, LLC.
Gerald Richardson, Treasurer

Jerry Richardson is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Illinois) with more than twenty years of experience advising clients with regards to forensic investigations, litigation matters and preparing and negotiating insurance claim settlements. Jerry graduated with Honors from University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign in 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.

Alison is the Strategic Pricing and Risk Manager at Neal Gerber & Eisenberg LLP developing processes that streamline workflow, enhance communication, and improve service. Prior to joining Neal Gerber, Alison was the Executive Director of Schopf & Weiss LLP responsible for promoting the firm's short term plans and long term goals. Alison holds a degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Brian is counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company at its Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, IL. He counsels various areas of the enterprise on issues primarily related to technology, privacy and information security. Brian holds degrees from Vanderbilt University and St. Louis University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois (House Counsel).

Pam is a Partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa, the leading global legal search firm with offices throughout the U.S., EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Pam represents law firm partners who are considering a change and helps them determine which firms provide the best platform and strategic fit. Pam holds degrees from the University of Illinois College of Law and the University of Maryland.
Dennis Garcia is an Assistant General Counsel for Microsoft based in Chicago. He leads the legal support function to Microsoft’s U.S. Central Region Enterprise & Partner Group – a team of over 1,000 sales, services, and marketing professionals based in an 18 state region. Dennis holds degrees from Columbia Law School and Binghamton University.
Commonwealth Edison Company
Verónica is SVP Regulatory & Energy Policy and General Counsel for Commonwealth Edison. She has been practicing commercial litigation since 1994, when she graduated from the University of Chicago Law School. Previously Verónica was a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg and Schopf & Weiss. She received an A.B. in Political Science and Economics, with departmental honors, from Stanford University.

Dave is Chapman and Cutler LLP’s Chief Information Officer. A law firm technology veteran, he has spent the last 17 years developing comprehensive and strategic technology initiatives at large law firms designed to increase productivity, collaboration, efficiency and profitability. Dave holds degrees from Northwestern Uniersity, Loyola University College of Law and University of Illinois.
Sean is a Manager at Cornerstone Research. His work relates to accounting, valuation, causation, and economic damage issues in commercial disputes, including independent forensic accounting investigations for boards, special committees, and management. He has extensive experience with complex data manipulation and analysis. Sean is a CPA, CGMA, & CFE and holds a MAcc and BS from Miami University.
Rich serves as General Counsel at Civis Analytics, a technology company with a wide range of corporate, non-profit, government, and political clients. Civis provides data science products and services that empower organizations to engage the right people with the right actions via the right channels. Prior to Civis, Rich was general counsel of a financial data analytics technology.

Greg is a partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions practice group at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. Greg’s practice involves both patent prosecution, and the protection and enforcement of various forms of intellectual property. In 2015, he was named an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Publishing Company, a designation earned by fewer than 2 percent of all attorneys in Illinois.

Michael is the Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy at Constellation Brands, Inc. Michael’s team is responsible for providing oversight and management of trademark, licensing, innovation and brand equity building strategies, primarily for Constellation's premium beer brands. Michael is a graduate of Stanford University and University of San Diego School of Law.

Shehnaz is the Pro Bono and Community Service Initiative Director at DePaul University College of Law where she manages pro bono opportunities, develops new partnerships with law firms and legal aid agencies, and engages students + faculty to participate in service projects. She has 16+ years of public interest experience. She graduated from Loyola University Law School and University of Illinois.

Sandy is active in pro bono and legal aid organizations, having helped dozens of clients navigate the adoption process through her volunteer work with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.

Rob is a partner in the Advertising, Marketing & Privacy practice group at Winston & Strawn LLP, where he concentrates his practice on counseling clients in intellectual property, marketing, e-commerce, and privacy matters. Rob is also an adjunct faculty member of The John Marshall Law School’s Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law.
Starza Thompson is the Marketing Director of Mindsight, a Chicago-based IT consulting and engineering firm. Most recently, Starza won the Digital and Social Marketer of the Year Award for the US from Cisco Systems, of which Mindsight is a partner. She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with an MBA in marketing and received a BA from James Madison University.
