CVLS Seminar: Chapter 7 Bankruptcies

CVLS has seen an uptick in those seeking bankruptcy relief over the past few years, likely on account of the high rates of inflation. Long-time CVLS volunteers, Sal Lopez and Justin Storer, will review the basics of Chapter 7 bankruptcy, including pre-filing considerations, alternatives, using Best Case, handling a trustee meeting, and more.
