This 90-minute webinar builds on our December 2025 session, Advancing Equity in Practice, and is part of LTF’s ongoing series. Led by Leslie Marant of The ESP Effect, this follow-up session will revisit key themes and offer updated guidance on how recent federal and state developments are shaping legal aid work, from day-to-day practice to organizational decision-making and the communities we serve.

Participants will explore practical, legally sound approaches to continuing equity work in ways that are responsive, sustainable, and aligned with organizational priorities, while also addressing questions and challenges that have emerged since the December session.
