Join LCA, attorneys from Perkins Coie, and business experts from Turnaround Management Association (TMA) this Spring and Summer for a four-part series of seminars and clinics on LLC formation and business planning. After two introductory Zoom seminars on LLC formation and business planning, you will be paired with an attorney(s) from Perkins Coie and a business expert from TMA to work one-on-one through the documentation required to form your new company and to prepare a viable business plan.

This program is free but individuals must apply and be accepted to attend. Applications must be received by April 28, 2023.
