Description
Join NIJC this Pride Month and learn how to prepare and present an asylum case for a member of the LGBTQ+ community in immigration court. NIJC staff will present on the basic legal requirements, tips for working with members of the LGBTQ community, and current practices for winning cases in Chicago. This training is intended for legal practitioners and is a great opportunity to learn strategies from current advocates.
We'd love to have you join us in person. Jenner & Block will generously host the training at 353 N Clark St, Chicago, IL. For those that cannot join in person, a virtual option is available. Registration required for in-person and virtual participation. Free CLE is offered.
