The Chicago Coalition to end Homelessness (CCH) is excited to announce the relaunch of Streetlight Chicago, our mobile resource app and website for unstably housed young people 14-24 in Cook County.  Join our webinar on Tuesday, October 15th at 3pm to learn about the new content, features and functionality of Streetlight Chicago and how it can help you and your clients.
