In October 2025, the Lawyers Trust Fund re-ran a survey of the Illinois legal aid community’s perspectives on and use of artificial intelligence. At this AI Office Hours session, we’ll share key findings from the 2025 survey and compare them to results from 2024.
Come see what your colleagues are thinking about AI right now, including who’s using it, how it’s being used, and what’s shifted over the past year in both attitudes and day-to-day practice.
We’ll also set aside time for open conversation, so you can ask questions and share your thoughts about AI and what kind of support would be most helpful from the Lawyers Trust Fund’s AI Initiative.

Legal aid professionals are invited to join monthly virtual AI office hours, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 12:00 pm. Each meeting will feature an educational presentation on a topic related to AI or a "show & tell” by legal aid community members. Details for each session, including topics and speakers are posted in advance on the ILAO calendar and the AI in Legal Aid discussion group.
