A form to ask the court to declare a marriage invalid. This is also known as an annulment. A legal action that says a marriage was never legally valid

Can I use this form?

Use this form to get your marriage annulled for the following reasons:
  • Your spouse cannot have sex,
  • Fraud (your spouse misled you),
  • You were underage, 
  • One of the spouses could not consent, or
  • Your spouse is already married.

What do I need first?

To complete this form, you will need to know:

  • Date, time, and place you were married,
  • Date of separation,
  • The name of your spouse’s prior spouse (if your spouse is already married), and
  • How your spouse misled you (if fraud).
