This panel is part 2 of the 2-part training offered for those interested in learning more about serving as a Guardian ad litem for cases on Calendar 20–the new court call that offers a central case management system for Mental Health and Adult Guardianship cases involving the same respondent.
While Part 1 focuses on the basics of Calendar 20, Part 2 will delve deeper and focus on common issues a Guardian ad litem may encounter in Calendar 20 cases. The panel will feature practitioners familiar with Calendar 20, who will discuss hypothetical cases and identify possible resolutions and outcomes. authority.
