You use this program, you must need to change your court date for one of the following reasons:

- You are not able to come to court on the date you were assigned,
- A vital witness or other evidence will not be available on the date you were assigned, or
- You are going to miss the deadline for filing an answer, appearance, or other required response.
What do I need first?
To complete this program, you will need to know:
- Why you need to change your court date or why you need more time,
- Information about your case, and
- The names and addresses of the other parties in your case, and
- The names and addresses of lawyers in your case, if any.
