Can I use this form?
Child support payments can be modified if there has been a substantial change in circumstances. A substantial change in circumstances can be:
- An increase in the needs of children;
- An increase in the ages of children;
- An increase in the cost of living for the children; or
- A change in either party’s financial situation (such as an increase or decrease in income or involuntary job loss of a party)

What do I need first?
To complete this program, you will need to know:
- The other parent's address, age, and address,
- Information about the current court order that requires the child support payment, and
- Information about the change in circumstances that led to this request to modify.
