What do I need first?
You will need information about:
- The property, including the address and name(s) of tenant(s) who will occupy the premises,
- The start and end dates of the lease,
- Rent payments,
- Security deposit, and
- Animal tenants (Pet Addendum required).
Additionally, the lease will require the following:
- Signature of landlord, and
- Signature of tenant(s).
