Complete worksheet

Once you have your entire juvenile record, you are ready to fill out the Juvenile expungement worksheet. This will help you fill out the actual expungement forms.

You need the following facts from your juvenile records:

  • Arrest or case number
  • Arresting agency (police department)
  • Charge(s)
  • Date of arrest
  • The final judgment or outcome of the case, for example, guilty/not guilty. Note, there are no court dispositions for arrests or charges that did not lead to a court case.
Prepare juvenile expungement petition forms

After you complete the worksheet, you are ready to begin using the guided interview to help sort out which records can be expunged and prepare your petition.

Use our Expunge juvenile records program to make the forms you need.
