To use this program, you must have been denied unemployment benefits and you think that the decision against you is wrong.
Note: If you already had a Referee hearing, you should use the Unemployment benefits appeal after a hearing program instead.
What do I need first?
To complete this program, you will need the UI finding letter you received from IDES. This is also known as a determination letter. Sometimes the finding letter and determination letter are 2 different documents.
You will also need your personal information and the reason for your appeal.
