Worried about doing this on your own? You may be able to get free legal help.
This Easy Form helps you ask the court to expunge cannabis-related convictions from your criminal record. "Expunging" means erasing the police and court records of the conviction.
You can use our Criminal record expungement or sealing request Easy Form to clear other criminal records. If you want to expunge juvenile offenses from your record, you can use our Expunge juvenile records Easy Form instead.
The Easy Form does not e-file your forms. You can download the forms and e-filing instructions at the end of the program.
