Tell us about a favorite memory related to ILAO

I don't have a particular story, but the vibe was very much a "roll up your sleeve" energy. Everyone around the table had a voice in the end product.

What makes you most proud when you look at ILAO today?

The collaboration between funders, legal aid providers and academia. Things were much more territorial before ILAO, and now collaboration, even when funding is involved, is the norm.

What should never change about ILAO?

24/7 easy access to understandable legal information.

If you could send one message to the people who use ILAO today, what would it be?

Tell your friends!
