Bloomington Public Library

The McLean County Legal Self-Help Center provides legal information to McLean County residents about their legal rights, instructions on how to handle common legal problems, some legal documents and forms, and referrals to free and low-cost legal services through IllinoisLegalAid.org.

The Legal Self-Help Center does NOT give legal advice to its patrons. Instead, it offers access to IllinoisLegalAid.org, which has information on many legal issues, answers to general legal questions, and information on court procedures. See below for more information about the services at this self-help center.
