Can I use this program?
To use this program:
- You must be seeking a Power of Attorney for Property to give another person access or control of your money and property, and
- You must live in Illinois.
What do I need first?
To complete this program, you will need to know:
- The name, address, and phone number of the person you want to designate as the agent with power of attorney,
- The names, address, and phone numbers of any successor agents, and
- How much control you want the agent to have over your property.
